Risk-based verificationA baseline for everyone; more proof when warranted.
Every applicant completes identity, business, scope, location, payment and responsibility checks. Licenses are verified when a regulated credential is held or advertised. Insurance certificates and other evidence are required when law, the Method risk tier, service format, location, public claims or a credible concern make them relevant.
Renewals & monitoringApproval must remain current.
Required and verified licenses or insurance must be renewed before expiration. Practitioners must report restrictions, cancellations and complaints. NoTherapists may conduct periodic reviews and pause a profile while a required item or credible concern is unresolved.
Geographic limitsOnline does not automatically mean worldwide.
Booking may be limited by practitioner and client location, payment support, insurance territory and applicable law. Both parties must provide truthful location information.
Content ownershipPractitioners keep their Method.
Practitioners retain their original materials and grant NoTherapists limited display and promotional permission. They promise submitted content is owned or licensed. NoTherapists owns the marketplace, software, template and branding.
Email & free resourcesOnly the information needed to deliver the resource.
When someone requests a free booklet, NoTherapists records the submitted email address, the requested Method and the request time so the resource can be delivered and the request can be documented. Optional news or promotional email requires a separate choice. Email information is not sold and may be deleted upon request, subject to legal and security needs.
PaymentsTransparent marketplace economics.
The intended $99 transaction allocates a $10 platform fee, with other transaction costs assigned to the practitioner where the supported country-specific payment configuration permits.
